Stress and anxiety are common issues we all face. But how well do we really deal with them? To what degree are these symptoms actually impacting our physical and mental health? And if we all know how to manage stress and anxiety, why do we still experience it?

Rather than simply talking about ways to reduce "stressxiety", this workshop will give you a deeper understanding of what is behind these feelings, what perpetuates them and what will really help to reduce them.
